We sold our house!!!!
Hey ladies!
I'm just too excited not to post this. We just sold our house and are moving to Oregon! We have been talking about moving for years, so this is so surreal. We listed our home late Friday night and had an accepted offer by Wednesday! I am thrilled, and feeling so overwhelmed by the amount of stuff I am going to have to do in the next month.

Thanks! The house we sold is on the east side of Madison. We did a lot of updates, which I think helped not only improve the value, but also got it sold! I am so excited!!!

We actually have a new house all ready to go. We are moving in to one of dh's spec homes (he's a builder) I'll post pics soon!
Oh, and I should have been more clear, we are moving to Oregon Wisconsin!:)
Honestly, our house was literally on the market for four days! We put it up late late friday night...had two showings on Monday, a second showing on Tuesday and an initial offer Tuesday night! We countered late Tuesday and had an accepted offer on Wednesday! CRAZY! We had our inspection today, and it seemed to go well!

Hey, Just a lurker here, mainly, but this caught my eye because I'm a teacher in Oregon! We live in Fitchburg, but I think Oregon is a nice community for kids. If you're over near Bergemont, I've noticed all of the new walking paths--so nice!
