Somebody buy my house!!!
Aaaack! Our house has been on the market now for almost 2 months. We have reduced the price once. There has been no bad feedback-everyone that goes through the house says that it is adorable and in perfect condition, but they are looking for 3 bedrooms. Grrr...we actually had a guy that was going to put in a bid, but his girl friend talked him out of it. He need to break up with her...
So...anyone want a house in Manhattan??? Just kidding, but please be praying for us to sell this thing, I can't make a mortgage and rental payment at the same time for too much longer! HELP!

Yikes! How stressful for you. I'd buy it in a heartbeat, but we are better off renting right now since there's no word on when DH graduates....
I LOVE the pics that you have of your house in your bio - I just wish that I knew if we were still going to be here next year!
