Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Christmas concerts...

Ours was last night, too! Let me tell you... they only had the 5th grade who played instruments actually 'play'-5 violins sound like... well, not that great. Then, only even # class years got to sing-so it was 4th grade, 2nd, then K-which are darned cute!
Funny story-BM told her BM about the 'gangs' in the audience... the 'bloods' would be in red... So, her mom and I were searching around looking for them! HA! BM, the pricipal, and a few other teachers were wearing red... Seriously, we kept looking at every male who seemed 'suspicious' and wondered... are they in one?... (sad... but gave us something to do!)
Can't wait for next year-the concert will sound MUCH better!!! ahh...what you future and present mommies get to look forward to! (glad the concert's short where we were)

The violins weren't that great, but I know SD can play well-as can another student. BM said it was cause she had private lessons... DH said he is still not paying for lessons when she gets private ones in school.
The younger kids were cute-2nd graders... but the parents who felt they could block everyone's view and film it all-were obnoxious!
Hmmm.... May 2010... lessee...
My guess is no and,sadly, I'd put $ on it and win... we're fortunate to live nearby. I'd bet Dink's wife has something planned, though, for that day...
BM didn't want her mom and us to be at the same concert showing (they had one earlier in the day). Thinks we talk about her during the concert... which we did a little bit.
