I remember a couple of weeks ago there was a post about what to bring to a gift exchange where you're not sure who will get the gift. At the time I didn't pay much attention... just my luck now I'm going to one on Christmas Eve! It has to be $25 or less. I'd rather not do just a straight gift certificate. People will be in from D.C., Chicago, and some other places. Any recommendations? I was thinking of doing some kind of dinner basket with a bottle of wine, pasta... something like that. Any other ideas or suggestions of what to include in that type of thing?
Thanks in advance for suggestions!
Re: Gift Exchange
One of the ideas was an ihome speaker system that was $20 at walmart.
I would skip the basket idea since some people are traveling and will have to carry it back with them on a plane.
25 scratch off lottery tickets
A board game (flat for their suitcase)
Car Emergency Kit
A snuggie and a netflix gift card
Cool travel Mug with a starbucks gift card inside.
Green Gift: Reusable water bottle, travel mug and 5 reusable shopping bags.
My Pinterest
The Googlesites Paint Bio
Thinking of doing cosmetic updates to a dated home? These were our costs.
I've been to two Christmas office parties in the past week. Here is what went well:
-Alcohol (wine, nice bottle of ammereto)
-Bag w/ chocolate and lottery tickets
-An Amyrillis - you know in a pot all you have to do is add the water
-A set of 6 different types of teas.
