How to transfer DVD episodes into your iTouch?
I bought the iTouch specifically to watch movies/TV episodes while traveling. I have some TV shows on DVDs- does anyone know how I can convert my DVDs into files to view on my iTouch?
Re: How to transfer DVD episodes into your iTouch?
Google "ripping tv episodes from dvd for ipod"
First hit: http://forums.macrumors.com/showthread.php?t=340897 explains how. If the software they mention isn't free, check some of the other results.
We'll just not tell H about this little fact, m'kay?

That's exactly what I use. Both are very simple programs to use, and do the job very well.
I use a product called CloneDVD mobile, along with Any DVD. Any DVD removes the encryption and Clone DVD actually puts the files on your pc.
They both have 30 day full functioning trials.

OR you could use the FREE programs HandBrake and MetaX that were mentioned above.
Too many choices, handbrake, dvd decrypter, dvd ripper. I personally use iskysoft dvd ripper which makes things much easier for a computer illiterate like me. But that just for me, you may test all and choose the one that best fit you.
