Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

I hate Christmas

Ugh, not really, but it's been completely insane at work and sh*t just keeps hitting the fan.

1. Owner's friend comes in to work for cards. I order them for her and I'm on my manager case for past two weeks about getting them in time. They couldn't shipped out today because the stupid production facility was "too busy" to send electronic quality control. Guess who else was busy today? ME. Guess who still did my job?! Now she's calling and wondering where her cards are . . . and she won't get them until the 22nd. Thanks for NOTHING manager. I've been bugging you about this FOREVER. It's not my fault you let production facility drop the ball. You should probably hold them more accountable. Guess what - YOU can talk to my customer now. I'm done.  

2. I have a major celebrity customer right now and one of the girls downthere lost part of her order and is trying to blame it on me. Too bad no one believes her and she's going to have to pay to replace it.

I HATE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
