I'm definitely up for a GTG.  Any particular days that work best?  I tend be out of town during the day Tues, Wed & Thur, but that varies from week to week.  And since I basically set my own schedule, I can be pretty flexible.

If we are talking about lunch on a weekday it is going to depend on where everyone works.  Lunch on a weekend would probably be better for me or something after work on a weekday.  I am pretty much open except 8/14-8/15.

I could do lunch on a weekday, but I work near downtown - I'm not sure where everyone else is. I wouldn't be able to go down into Williamson County. Weekend days (lunch/brunch) or weeknights for a happy hour would work best for me.

So it looks like happy hour is best for most people.  What day of the week does everyone prefer?  I don't have a set day of the week that works best for me, just random things here and there.

I can be pretty flexible for happy hour. ?I am occasionally out of town overnight during the week (maybe 2X/month), but I'm generally back around Nashville by 5pm or so. ?Wednesday or Thursday would probably be my suggestion.?

I'll be out of town 8/14 for work and 8/28 for vacation. ?Other than that, Thursday would be great. ?Where would be most convenient for everyone? ?I think most of us live south of Nashville, so would the Brentwood area be best?

Does anyone have an opinion on Cross Corner Bar & Grill (it's on Franklin Rd. in Brentwood)?  I've personally never been, but I know my college's alumni association has happy hours there on occasion.  Here's their website: http://www.crosscornerbar.com/

Hmmm, I will certainly try, but I don't know if I'll be able to make a happy hour on the 7th, especially in the Cool Springs/Brentwood area (since I'm coming from the Vandy area). I'll know tomorrow!!

I've never been to the place arterr0 is talking about.  A couple other places in that area:  Fulin (in the Target plaza, Asian), Mazatlan (right at the OHB exit, Mexican).   I have never been to Fulin, but heard it's good.  I have been to Mazatlan with a group and it was good.

I've been to Mazatlan as well, and it is good. ?I think they would probably be more likely to have happy hour specials than Fulin. ?How does Mazatlan sound to everyone? ?Also, what time can everyone be there? ?I can pretty much get there anytime after 4:30.

I work about two minutes from there, so that would be great for me.  Sawyer will hopefully be getting neutered that day so I'll have to work around that though.  I'll know more on that in an hour or so.
