I just finally finished my Thank You cards. We got married over 2 months ago. What a slacker! I had my thank you cards for my showers out the next week, but for some reason I just couldnt bring myself to do the thank you cards for the actually wedding. I think a part of me didnt want to finish them because then I wouldn't have anything left to do regarding the wedding. I wish we could have the wedding again because it was so much fun, but most of all I wish we were back on our honeymoon relaxing.  Just thought I would vent!

I'm right there with you! I planned on finishing my thank you cards by now, but the idea of writing and mailing those along with my christmas cards in the same couple weeks made me a little pale. So my christmas cards are out, and my thank yous will be out asap!

We just finished ours this week and mailed the last of them out Wednesday (I think).  I could NOT get DH to do his share, so I was waiting on him forever. I finally gave up and wrote the ones he was supposed to do, except for 3 that I felt like I couldn't write (his parents, BM, and grandma).  I totally understand feeling like you have nothing left related to the wedding. I also dragged my feet for a long time on the name change, probably for the same reason. I miss our wedding.

I only have 3 left to finish. The rest got mailed today. We did the thank you cards and christmas cards at the same time. The ones I need to finish are  from people that sent us a gift but weren't invited to the wedding so I don't have the address on there is one that I have misplaced the address.
