We are trying to keep it simple, so here is what I have:
Ham, with rolls and fixings for sandwiches
Winter salad with swiss, cashews, apples, and pears on a bed of romain
Breakfast casserole (sausage, egg, cheese)
Homemade cinnamon rolls
Fruit salad
Assorted homemade biscotti
Mimosas, coffee, juice, etc.
Any other suggestions? There will be 14 of us, and we are eating around noon.

Thinking of doing cosmetic updates to a dated home? These were our costs.
For the ham and rolls, throw in some honey mustard spread to compliment the ham.
I would also just offer some plain toasted english muffins and have butter and jams.
I am doing something similar to your menu.
Sausage/Egg Casserole
Hasbrowns
Alton Brown's Overnight Cinn Rolls
Blueberry Muffins
Banana nut Bread
Fresh Fruit Skewers
Coffee, Juice, Screwdrivers, etc . . .
Any of your folks Bloody Mary drinkers? That's one my brunch faves. I also agree w/ the peeps regarding adding roasted/skillet potatoes. And I'd also suggest either english muffins or croissants w/ butter & jelly/jam.
Everything you have sounds delicious! Have fun!
