Ebates?

Does anyone else use ebates?  I made an order on petfooddirect.com through them, and I just got an email from them saying they credited my account.  So does that mean I can use that $ towards my next purchase or what?

I signed up but havent used it much. I think that means it goes to your ebates account and eventually you will get a check from them. I am not positive though.

no, 4 times a year they will mail you a check for whatever your balance is.   You can find the dates under the FAQ area.  

 

I love ebates, I have earned almost $200 in the last year from them.

wow, 200?  Do you do a lot of online shopping?  Do you hav any other online shopping tips?

anytime I want to buy a big ticket item I check online first. ? If I can get cash back and don't have to pay more than I would in store I buy it online. ? ?I also develop all my photos through shutterfly which = 8% cash back. ? Contacts got me like 15% (i think). ? ?it all adds up .?

The only other site I really recommend for online shopping is mypoints.com. ? You earn points there that can be cashed in for GC to anywhere from Target to Gas to Restaurants and much in between. ? I usually do the math to see if ebates or mypoints has a better return and then shop through the higher earning site.?

Cool, thanks!  I've thought about ordering contacts online before, was it a big pain?  Which site did you use?

I joined Ebates not long ago but haven't really used it yet. I have been a member of mypoints for quite sometime and earn lots of gift cards. I usually do all of my Christmas shopping on Mypoints. With gas prices the way they are I don't mind paying five bucks for shipping.
