I've been having a really weird thing happening the last 2 days with my act, and I'm starting to get really nervous. I tried to log in online (while on the phone) and it said I logged in incorrectly 3 times, so it locked me out. I didn't think that was weird because I was distracted and may have typed it in wrong, although I don't think I did the last time or two. I tried again today and found that same message. So I call the cust. serv # and try to do the reset password thing. The automated system tells me they have no record of my act# or social security#. I'm starting to get really freaked out, so I push zero until they connect me to a person. He gets all my info and says that he doesn't see anything but that I am locked out. He tries numerous times to get me back in resetting my user name and pass in the process. With the new ones I was able to see our act and our $ is still there, but as soon as I reset back to our correct name and pass we were locked out again. His solution was to say "well then they must be doing something with the website, because everything is unlocked here". So I say, "So I just try again later?" and he says yes and gets off the phone.
Can you all log into your acts without a problem? I think it's really weird that we still can't get in after being reset. It's starting to make me quite nervous ... I don't like it one bit.
Re: quick! anyone use citizens bank?
