Not from junkpunching DH for driving me crazy all weekend. They're just so dry. They've never been like this before.
I wash my hands 20+ times per day. PLEASE recommend a moisturizing soap and lotion you like. My hands are so ugly right now and they hurt.
Re: My knuckles are bleeding
Put Vaseline on your hands before you go to bed then cover them with gloves or socks. I think Bath and Body works makes gloves to wear at night that have moisturizer in them, but Vaseline is the best. This always works for me when I think my hands are beyond repair.
There is a moisturizer called Amlactin that is 12% lactic acid. It's one step below a prescription, from what I read. The alpha hydroxy will strip off the dead skin cells. It works great for 'chicken skin' on the backs of arms as well. It's a little more pricey (like $20 a bottle) but I can't go without it.
HTH!
I use Vaseline Intensive Care lotion. I like it because it's both the cheapest and most effective.
Also, this is random, but if your mall has one of those dumb stands that sells Obey Your Nails emory boards and nail buffers, the hand lotion that comes with them is surprisingly amazing. You have to let them give you the hard sell though, because the sets start out super expensive (like $70), but if you pretend you're not interested they'll keep offering you special discounts. You shouldn't pay more than $10.

Taw, slap some nipple cream on those suckers.
I love Eucerin products and that's what I use most often. When my skin is THAT dry, I slather on some Burt's Bees banana hand cream, lanolin nipple cream, or even Chapstick.
