All of my plans were ruined thanks to a lovely little thing called a stomach bug. Saturday, it was a struggle to walk through the grocery store, so I knew something was up. I went home and had a fever, and then violent tummy issues. Not good. We missed a party, I missed Xmas shopping, missed taking DD to see Santa. Missed.it.all. But I did watch a lot of crappy movies on TV - License to Wed (chuckle-worthy), How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days (drool-worthy), Gracie's Choice (Lifetime), Enchanted (only bits of it, gag-worthy).
Re: My weekend
Sorry you were sick.
Is License to Wed the one with John Krasinski and Mandy Moore? I always wanted to see it (I love both of them) but Robin Williams turned me off of it.
Speaking of John Krasinski -- I had a sexy dream about him the other night. Actually, he was Jim Halpert in the dream, and we worked together but not at The Office. We were teachers and he kept flirting with me mercilessly to the point of some very intimate situations, which I was really into until I remembered that Pam was out on maternity leave, so I had to break things off with him.
This was the same night I had a sex dream about Robert Downey, Jr. It was a very good dream. I think I need to get some.
But, but... did you lose weight?! That's the best thing about stomach bugs!11!!
Seriously though, that sucks. So does Enchanted. I'm sorry you had to sit through that.
I'm feeling slightly better this a.m. I had crackers for breakfast, so we'll see how that goes. I've been eating just broth or Ramen all weekend. I'm still feeling a bit gurgly.
Enchanted is what I napped through. I saw the first 5 minutes, maybe 15 in the middle and the last 5 minutes. That's all I needed to see.
I also watched Sweet Home Alabama and it was pretty "meh."
