As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

sassy beth - citizens question
so we moved from NH to MA and still have the same old acct. in order to change our address on the account they say we have to go to NH! Is this true? Can it be done over the phone? It is really irritating. They want me to close the NH accounts and open MA accounts but I don't want to as I have various bills and accts linked to that original acct, KWIM? Any helpful advice? I am frustrated!!!

You must have talked to an idiot because we most certainly can change addresses. It's certain other account maintenance that we can not do state to state - but we can call another branch in that state to do it for us as long as it's not signature required.
