As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Alex is the new Vidal Sassoon.
He now likes to brush my hair. And if I don't look at him when he's doing it, he will (not always so gently) either pull my hair or push my face back so that i'm looking at him so he can smile at me while he brushes and I can smile back and say something along the lines of, "so nice!"
We're working on "gentle," needless to say. But I find it very sweet. I just need to get it on video. He will literally chase me with the brush. Sigh 
Re: Alex is the new Vidal Sassoon.
It's so funny, what he picks up and runs with. I had left out the little travel brush that I usually keep in my bag. He apparently saw the size and assumed it was an Alex toy. So he was sitting in front of me one day last week, flicking the teeth on it, and so I sat him on the couch next to me and brushed his hair, and then showed him how to hold it correctly and held his hand and ran it through my hand and did the "so nice" thing.
I've created a monster.
Laura, you almost made me pee. Granted, it's easy to do these days, but let's not exploit it!
