I like their blog because they take you step-by-step in detail. I felt like after reading it I could attempt the complicated cake.

Looks super yummy! I love cake! I used to bake all the time -- I used to joke that I was going to open up a bakery with my twin sis. (Seriously, I love to bake cookies and she loves to bake and decorate cakes!)
Oh well, no business for us . . . but that cake sure looks yummy!
No prob, just make sure you make it on a day where you have enough time to enjoy the process. I made it for my brother when he visited from KY. Someday I will blog about it in greater detail!! My food blog has been rather neglected lately
