I'm posting another survey (and not a survery! LOL). I looove survey's, don't hate! 
I stole this so props to the person I stole it from.
1: The date you met Mid July 2005, started dating August 10, 2005.
1A: What you were wearing IDK, work clothes cause I was driving by his job on my way to work..and we "met" aka exchanged glances/waves for a few weeks then actually met one afternoon and I was wearing black yoga pants and a t-shirt LOL
2: The date of your first official date I honestly really don't know..we didn't really have a real date anyways, he had his own house and he didn't take me out-we just watched a movie @ his house. When I got more comfortable with him, I let him know I was turned off by the fact that he didn't even take me out for a first date! From that point on when he was "courting me" we went to dinner about 4x's a week!!
2A: What you were wearing On our official first date which was a movie (BLOW) at his house, I had on a denim skirt, tank top, and tshirt, it was summer.
3: The date of the first time one of you said I love you Oooh boy, I'm so sad I don't know any of these! It wasn't long after we met honestly, like a month! So like Sept. 10th I'll say LOL.
4: The date of the first time you two had sex Oooh boy--like 2 weeks after we started dating. That sealed the deal!
5: The date you moved in together March 1st, 2008! Before that, I lived with my family and he had his own house with his 2 daughter's but I spent upwards of 5 days at his house..but technically we didn't live together until this past March when we moved in to a condo together.

7: without looking at a calendar, the day of the week your wedding anniversary falls on Well we got married on Friday of this year..so next year it will be a Saturday, right? haha
8: I'm adding this one, b/c I have a great "how we met.." story. How did you and your so meet? When my mom first seperated from my father, she moved in to her own apartment right in town, I work in town, DH works in town, his family business was on the same street of my mothers apartment. WELL, I was driving down the street one hot summer day, going to my mom's apartment for my lunch break when I look over to my right and see my (now) DH take off his shirt as he walked out of work. It was like the world stopped. His skin was glistening in the sun, he had a nice body, and he had tons of tattoos (which I LOOOVE) sooo, I slammed on my breaks, rolled my window down, honked and whistled! NO JOKE. He laughed and waved back. I honked at him everytime I saw him outside of his job, and obviously I started going to my mom's house more often 
!! This went on for like 2 weeks when finally I was stopped at a red light outside of his work. I see him start walking up to my car, I almost DIED I was soo nervous. I rolled down my window and he said, "your are the most beautiful woman I have ever seen" Cheesy, maybe but I could tell he really meant it. I gave him my number, we hung out, he courted me for a few weeks and the rest is history.......some people can't believe I had the balls to actually "cat call" him but hey! when you want something, you gotta go after it!

1A: What you were wearing work clothes of some sort
2: The date of your first official date. On March 8th we had a lunch date (we worked in the same building), but our first night date was a few days later.

3: The date of the first time one of you said I love you I'm too old to remember this
, but it was probably in April after we'd been dating a month.
4: The date of the first time you two had sex I don't remember the date, but it was about 5-6 weeks after we first met.
5: The date you moved in together Officially not until our wedding day when we lived with my in-laws while our new house was under construction. Prior to that before my condo sold he'd spend the night often and when I moved in with my future in-laws he stayed with me a lot. The combining of our stuff didn't happen until we moved into our house in Nov. 2008

7: without looking at a calendar, the day of the week your wedding anniversary falls on I think in 2010 it's on a Monday which happens to be Labor Day!
8: How did you and your so meet? We were set up on a blind date. My former BFF worked with his sister-in-law's sister and they conspired together to set us up. We work for the same company, but there's about 5,000+ people in our building and we had never crossed paths prior to that.
1: The date you met I met him when I was like 19, I was friends with his friends but we never hung out. We didn't even pay attention to each other because we both had significant others. I then "really" met him May 2005 when I moved back from graduating college.
1A: What you were wearing I was wearing some tight jeans and a army baby tee.
2: The date of your first official date. October of that year (we had been hanging out on and off since June, I was kind of involved with someone else, scandelous I know :-) he brought me to this amazing restuarant in Hartford called peppercorns.
2A: What you were wearing I wasn't expecting him to take me to such a nice place (basically a poor college student before so it was usually beer and pizza) so I had a tank top and a long skirt (it was like a thermal relaxed one)
3: The date of the first time one of you said I love you He said I told him in my sleep....we still debate it but I remember saying it in his apartment one night.
4: The date of the first time you two had sex The night he brought me to peppercorns!
5: The date you moved in together We were together for 4 years before we moved in. We bought a condo in October of 2007.
