Open letter
Dear UPS,
You royally flucked up my package delivery last week, so I don't know why I'd expect anything differently from you this week. My package has been IN TOWN, IN TRANSIT for two days. Why is it not Out for Delivery yet? This town isn't that big, and you can't possibly have that many Xmas gifts that you can't deliver your stuff in two freaking days.
You have one job, and that is to deliver packages. DO IT.

I once had a package from UPS "delayed due to weather".
It was 70 degrees and sunny. And yes, it was in town, "Delayed due to weather". Only in Colorado.
