the premise is incorrect. it was introduced as irl glee and hsm. neither of those are about accapella.
the group from tufts are a bunch of cake eaters. "we have to get our gear: shirt, tie, jacket and pants."
the lead for the socals is the very definition of "men who look like old lesbians."
there are a lot of messed-up teeth out there.
and the bad guy is shawn from boys ii men. really.

Welcome to last week.
The finale was horrid. Just horrid. I can't believe I sat through it. I kindof enjoyed the competition episodes though. Acappella is one of those guilty pleasure things. I was disappointed that none of the groups sang Where in the World is Carmen Sandiego.
