Compost & freezing midwest temps
This is my first year doing compost and it is going along really well. But now that it is winter and we have snow all over, I am just unsure of the maintenance. Any advice from others? Do I just keep turning it periodically? Leave it alone? Continue adding to it?

Ditto pps.
If you turn it in freezing weather, you'll kill the bacteria that are breaking down the food. Just keep throwing stuff on top until spring.
