We closed today!
After waiting for 3 hours while a lot of laywers chatted and made phone call. We have our coop in Bayside. We're moving in the 2nd week of Jan. For a year, we've been saving all the wedding/ bridal shower presents for the new place. I'm so happy to get rid of things like mismatched silverware, ugly plates, cheap towels, ect. We're also going from a studio to a 2 br.
Now to packing for going home for the holidays.
