The house was really nice inside. It has a finished basement, walkout to a yard. 2 Bedrooms, 1.5 baths. But, you're right ontop of your neighbors. Its a townhouse - middle unit of 3. Only two parking spaces infront of your unit so if you had people over they would have to fight for a spot or walk. Its just too congested and we both really didn't like that. So, its not the place for us. But, the owner also does mortgages and specializes in first time buyers.. so he offered his services if we found another house we liked. We have a few houses in mind that we would like to see.
This whole process is scary, but exciting!
