K and I are going to try and have a nice Christmas Eve dinner. So far this is what I have planned:
Garlic Aioli Soup - made it before and it's yummy!

Saffron Potatoes
So I need a veggie and a dessert. I'm prefer simple and quick things and I have a ton to do today still. Thoughts?

For dessert i think you should do something really romantic like chocolate covered strawberries

For simple, super yummy veggies I always like green beans with almond slivers. Just steam the green beans, and stir in the almonds... the heat from the GBs warms them up and makes them so yummy.

Thanks ladies! I bought asparagus and string beans. Asparagus is our go-to veggie so we'll see what I make tonight.
