My H's relationship w/PS3 is embarassing

He's talking to people on there and laughing.  Like, laughing hard.  Having full blown conversations and stuff.

I KNEW I should have aggressively pushed the issue of him returning it when he first wanted to.

Wtf.

Re: My H's relationship w/PS3 is embarassing

  • I have the same problem.  My sympathies.
  • Does your H play Modern Warfare?  I mean, this game is just ridic.

PS did you ever sign up for 24hour?  If so - hope you like it!

  • my hubs mutes everyone because they're annoying and little kids, mostly.  then he skypes his buddies on his headset so they can talk to each other without having to hear/being heard by everyone on ps3.  and yes, hubs is playing cod/modern warfare a LOT.  i don't mind that much as it keeps him busy when i'm never home during school.
  • This is M with his Xbox 360 (Xbox live) he thinks it's hilarity. In fact, he is playing on it as I type this.
  • i believe pockylove's hubs has a similar relationship with his 360.

and yes, my hubs is playing right now, too.

Heh. My husband is playing Modern Warfare 2 as I type this. Tragedy (for me) (and the 12-year-olds he laughs at via the headset).

  • I am sad but kind of relieved that I am not alone.  H is playing it downstairs and with the stupid surround sound, I can hear thatshit from upstairs.
  • omg he is cussing at the game now.  Calling the "new" Modern Warfare players online "******** cheaters"

    How ridic.

  • Confession time: Our current tv is ancient and can't handle a PS/Wii/XBox in addition to the dvd player and dvr. As much as I want I nice new tv, I'm reluctant to do so because I just know that MH will start gaming & never stop. :-/

To be completely honest, I don't even know what he plays, HA HA!

I did join 24 and I absolutely love it!!!

  • This is why I avoid giving DH video games for Christmas, even though they appear on his list every year.

I can't hold myself responsible for his obsession with a game, lol.

  • I sat at R's uncle's house for almost two hours and helped them play one of their games... some of them are pretty neat to watch. I figure it keeps him out of my hair when I need him to let me clean/work/Nest or Bump in peace.

  • I must admit that it gives me a lot of free time.  I'm just sick of him coming to bed at 2 or 4 am.

Sunrocks - wooohooo you made it over!

  • my DH plays Modern Warfare 2 with his buddies online, also has it playing over the surround sound system as well...

He even got the prestige edition with the night-vision goggles...

At least it gives him something to do
