I don't know how much you want to spend and what kind of evening you want to have, but the three things I have heard the most about are the Snyder Grand Ball at the Aquarium

and then Red's (on shem creek) and fleetlanding. I think Red's and Fleetlanding are both $75 and that includes open bar, bands, etc.
