Sigh.
The other shoe finally dropped with FIL. I knew it was coming, but I have to say that the medical confirmation of it and my telling DH (MIL asked me to, and I was happy to take some of that burden from her) was something I have no words for. He's shut himself in his office for the evening, I think.
I don't want to go into detail, those of you who know what was going on can put two and two together, I think.
All prayers, well wishes, karma and positive mojo are very much appreciated. We are very grateful for our blessings, but no amount of happiness makes this situation better/easier.

Ugh, Sweetie, I am so sorry to hear this. My stomach just dropped reading this. I know what you and Matt are going through and it just guts me that this is really happening to such a wonderful family.
I am so very sorry for Matt, you and MIL but especially Alex 
Ill call you tomorrow to see if its ok to still stop by this week. Please let me know if there is anything that I can do. I know nothing can make it better now but i am here ANYTIME you need, please know that!

oh no heather. i am so sorry this happened. its definately not fair. im so sorry that you and matt and your ils are going to have to go through. i am so sad for you all and for alex and his sister to be.
