Houses on FB

I posted a few houses I like on Facebook... And I would appreciate your vote or comments!  Thanks girls!

Re: Houses on FB

  • Based only on look (cause I know nothing about the area) I like 3530, followed by 732.
  • 1. Allen - I am a little bummed that there are no kitchen photos but the rest of the house looks like its got nice counters, colors, and fixtures.  IMO of the 4 it looks the most "updated/modern"

    2. Ellesmere - though the kitchen and the baths seem a bit outdated and on the small side....i think i like the layout.

    3. Cabana - I love the outside of this one but not the inside as much as the other 2.

I don't care for the St. James because there seems to be a lot of wasted space.  Could be the photos but to me it just looks like its lacking something that the other three have.

Karrey said pretty much everything I was going to!

  • I saw them this morning while I was at work( on my Iphone). I just wanted to say that I wish they had houses like that in our area in the price range of $250k that looked liek any of these.

The house we are under contract for was $250 , and its 57years old . Also, these are much better. I was looking and three of your choices have walk in closets and 2 full baths plus a powder room.

    My comments...

3530 ELLESMERE - best curb appeal. The outside looks the prettiest. Also, it looks like its turn key. It is my favorite.

804 SAINT JAMES Dr Corona, CA 92882- This house seems to be the best value for the money. It has the most square feet out of the 4 you posted. I dont love the outside, but inside looks great.. Love the fireplace and granite counter tops.

Are these in gated communties? Also , do they have HOA fees?

  • Thanks girls!

Some of them do have HOA fees, but they are under $100 (even under $50) per month.

And this is still a 1.75 hour commute to work, door to door (now I do 1.5 hrs).  But for a house like this, the extra 30 minutes a day might be worth it.
