Who's working today besides me? (pity party post)

I shouldn't complain because I had a lovely weekend and I was able to take almost 2.5 days off last week.  But it sucks coming back to reality (reality=morning commute, grey cubicles, etc).  I'm trying to figure out what work I want to do today so that next week isn't so crazy.  But all I wanted to do was stay in bed and watch movies with DH this morning and cuddle with the puppies.  Boooo work.

I'm here, too.  I don't think I will get much done this week, though.  I try to console myself with having Friday off.

I'm right there with you.  DH has been off since last Monday but I know if I stayed at home he wouldn't get any of the tasks around the house he has planned done.

I'm in the office today, but am not exactly working. 

I got really spoiled last week, when I wasn't in the office.  This morning was SO hard to get moving.  Plus, today in my part of the office there's just me and the boys (cute kid + other kid) and it is SLOW.  I guess I'm glad it's not really stressful and busy, but still.

I'm working. And we were greeted first thing Monday morning with a freezing cold office with no electricity. Apparently it got knocked out last week because our backup generators had run out, too. So for the first hour of work, we stood around talking and trying to get warm.  Great start to the week.

Me too.  It is pretty dead around here and is going to be a long week.  But, honestly, I'm just happy to have Christmas behind us and really don't mind getting back to work.  This year there was so much family drama and crap Christmas just plain sucked.  DH and I are really looking forward to having absolutley nothing to do this week but work and chill at home.

I'm working too And I just found out we will be working until between 6 and 7 all week and probably work on Friday Boooo! I guess its a constant reminder of why I'm in school to do something other than be in an accounting department at year end. What makes it worse is pretty much every other department has people off all week! Blah...I really wish I was at home getting the stuff done there that I need to.
