NYE Plans?

Who has plans for NYE? Staying in or going out?

My parents were always strict on family traditions like staying at home with family on NYE so I've always done this even with DH. Don't like the chaos of people.

We have no clue!  One of Jeff's MatE group members from when they were in Boston is in town, so we might go out for dinner with them.  But otherwise we'll probably stay in with a good bottle of champagne and some good food and hang out.

Extra bummer on DH having to work; on the plus side, he found a job?! Congrats! (wasn't he unemployed during the MP gtg?)

A whole lotta nothing.

We'll probably take the MAX downtown just to hang out and grab a beer...but otherwise? no plans.

Thanks!  Unfortunately it's not a "real" job, it's just a temporary gig until he can find something permanent.  It's not ideal at all, but it helps pay the bills.

Aww! If you don't find something to do, you can go to my best friends house party with me.... It's nothing fancy, kind of low key complete with kids, etc..   I'll be the sober heifer!

My best friend and her fiance just moved into a new house, so she's throwing a combo house warming/NYE party ... Should be fun.. I get to be DD for hubby, woo?

 Jeni, you're welcome to come over since hubby is at work but I know it's kind of far to go for you!

Thanks so much MrsJRD and Joleine!  I have to get up early the next morning, so I think I'll just hang out at home with the dogges and order in.    I probably won't stay awake past 10 anyways!!
