Re: New Year Resolutions!!
Mine are:
1. Work on losing 5 more pounds/or just maintain my current weight loss at least
2. Save money for a new house
3. Pay off credit card debt
4. Start a saving account for Taylor
Here are mine: (DH and I have decided that we would like to move up to Central PA in the near future, so many of them have to do with that goal)
* use my gym membership on a more regular basis so I can lose weight and get more healthy
* save $, declutter my house, and sell things we don't need so that we can get up to Central PA faster
* work on bettering my Pampered Chef business (to save $ to move up north!)
* continue to take the Wilton Cake Decorating classes so that I can, one day, achieve my dream of having a bakery
* keep the house clean and straighten up/clean on a more regular basis instead of just on the weekends
Get a BFP already!!!!! GEEEEZ (If only that were possible for me.)
1. Keep eating healty and making good food choices
2. Exercise outside more with my dogs
3. Keep my house organized
1. Complete a project 365 (365 photos in 365 days)
2. Reach a healthy weight
3. Pay off 50% of my non student loan debt
4. Blog daily!
Good luck to everyone!
1. Project 365, I just started a blog to document my photos and our life.
2. Improve in photography and provide FREE photos to family and friends because well.. I LOVE doing it and not everyone can afford photographers.
3. Have another kid and become a SAHM. lol
How cool that two of you are doing 365! I'm just finishing my first year of it.
My goals - not resolutions
Learn to knit
Grow my business (Photography)
Become more organized and reduce clutter.
My Photography Blog
I guess mine are not so much resolutions as projects I want to tackle when the holiday craziness dies down. I think as far as personal development and wellness goes, 2009 was a good year for me, so I just want to continue on the path I'm on and keep doing things I enjoy.
Our new (or, I guess, semi-new now) dog, Dixie, is definitely going to obedience classes in January. I'm hoping after a little refresher on the basics that we can work on earning her Canine Good Citizen certification this year.
I really badly want to run my first 10K in 2010. I'm running 5Ks now, but I really want to try increasing my distance. I think I'm going to do the WP Road Race in March. If it goes well, I might start training to do a 1/2 marathon in early 2011.
I want to do more writing in 2010, also. (I write a lot for work, but very rarely write anything fun in my free time). I attempted but did not finish NaNoWriMo this year, and even though I didn't win it really reminded me of how much I enjoy writing for myself. I'm not sure yet if I'm going to take a second shot at my novel or start a blog or maybe both.
I think I also want to do a little bit of volunteer work this year too. I'm thinking about asking the rescue we adopted Dixie from if they need any help. We don't have room to foster, but I'd like to help in some other way.
I guess my other "resolution" is to spend more time outdoors being active. I always feel so much happier when I get some fresh air, so I want to do better at working outdoors activities into my schedule.
Good luck with your goals this year, ladies!
