Hey all! I hope you all had a good holiday. My Christmas was spent just as I wanted it, in my jammies, drinking and snacking the day away watching movies! lol DH went to my sis's house and then the ILs, and I wasn't sorry that I missed any of it. This year was about ME...so glad I did it my way.
Now that the festivities are over, it's back to meal planning, and trying to rid myself of the extra poundage I packed on during the last few weeks. Here's out menu for this week:
Monday: Apple-Glazed Crock Pot Roast w/ salad;
Tuesday: Leftovers;
Wednesday: Take-out (not sure what our plans are, maybe to my sis's to celebrate my dad's b-day);
Thursday: Spaghetti & meatsauce;
Friday: Leftovers.
