TempurPedic reviews?

Anyone have experience with TempurPedic? We've been shopping around and think we've settled on a TP, but i'm a little worried about how long they last. ??

 Thanks!

Re: TempurPedic reviews?

  • We have a tempurpedic bed, and we LOVE it!  I know a lot of people with them, and they all love it.  It does take time to get used to (about a wk), but once you are accustomed to it, you'll be in heaven.  We hae the Celebrity model.  We also have the pillows.  DH loves them, I don't; I like my pillows fluffier.  They have a 25 yr guarantee, so they last a long time!

I do have a couple of items you should be aware of -

    1) the retains your body molding; the way it does so is by sensing you body heat.  When lying in the same position all night long (I see I don't move around as much), the same position gets "hot."  Some people, including myself, wake up in sweats.  I have learned to sleep w/ less clothing, and DH isn't complaining!  LOL

    2) speaking of dh in bed... doing the deed is a bit more challenging.  Keep in mind, there are no springs to push you up.  It can be a workout!

Now you can't say I didn't warn you.  Happy sleeping.
