I tried it while I was at my parents house, and it was TOUGH. But a good workout. I did level one every other day I was home. I'm excited to have it as a backup workout when I don't have time to make it to the gym.

My thighs are ok. I do a ton of squats in my Body Pump classes, so I'm used to them. What killed me were my calves, from the jumping (jumping jacks, jump rope, etc) and my inner thighs from the side lunges. My inner thighs are ok now, but my calves are still not back to normal.
My abs were also a bit sore, but sore in a good way.
I've been lurking, just not typing.
The non-profit slavedrivers had me moving desks and other pieces of furniture again for 4 hours today.
