What stuff are you doing on the wii fit with your fetus? i wanna make sure i get my fat ass in gear while on ku'ed this time. but what is working for you?
Re: IHO Wii Fit (PMeg)
Honestly, just playing Wii. I do walk the dogs but it's hard because they are horrible on the leash and I'm afraid I'm going to fall if they pull me. I do find that I can't do much at one time because I get sore (and I start laughing so hard at myself that I'm seconds from peeing myself).
I like the Step Aerobics. It's pretty low impact and it entertains me. I just got Wii Fit Plus, so I'm going to take a look at some of the newer games that are on that. We also have Wii Resort Sports and I like playing sword fighting, basketball, and frisbee. Those can get you a decent work out.
I figure that I did all that stuff before I was knocked up, I can still do it now. I just notice more that after about 30 minutes, I have to stop instead of playing for like a hour and a half.
I'll have to check out the Step Aerobics. The disc that came with the game is alright, but it gets a bit boring after a while.
