We took her in again to the other office (our practice has two) b/c Adam told the nurse on the phone it was either that or we were going to the ER. Her temp had spiked to 105 and she was starting to fall asleep, and refusing to drink. I gave her some Tylenol and by the time we were up there her temp had come down some thankfully (102.5). They checked her throat again and it looks like she might have tonsilitis. We had to draw her blood (TWICE!) to rule out mono and see if he has a virus (something about the blood count will tell us that). She's on antibiotics for the time being, and sleeping now. I hope she gets better soon, I've never been so scared for her. . . Thanks for the well wishes.?
