Looking for a marriage counselor
I think DH and I really need to talk to someone but I'm not sure where to start looking. Can anyone recommend a counselor in the Central FL/Orlando area? I would really appreciate it. I don't want to just randomly pick a name out of our insurance provider handbook or even worse, the phonebook...

Stephen Shipley. He was our premarital counselor. I am one who believes EVERYBODY needs counseling. LOL I went for months by myself before getting married and had my DH go as well. It's good to go thru a bunch of your personal crap before bringing it into your marriage. I also believe it's good to go at different times in your life. It's good to have a wall to bounce your feelings off of that is an outsider. And I swear I probably wouldn't have ever gotten married if it weren't for Stephen. He helped me sort out a bunch of crap for sure. As far as Stephen as a counselor, he is awesome and hilarious. older guy, grandpa like, a cowboy and doesn't put up with any BS. LOL he sets you straight. LOL You can tell him Jaclyn and Michael sent you.
