St Joe

Did "jim" ever give the teapot to "pam"?  If so how did that go?

Re: St Joe

  • Haha, after I told him that in no uncertain terms that he was not allowed to throw me under the bus, he decided against it. After hours of debating in IMs to me, he finally gave her a signed picture of Steve Carell (he bought it online for like $60 bucks) and a pen that had Steve saying different things... I guess he told her that he'd purchased her something else, but that he "thought against giving it to her". He figured she would ask what it was, but she never did, which he was kinda pissed about. Apparently she should have fawned over him and begged for the other gift. Currently the teapot is sitting in my office on a shelf in its box. He told me I could keep it, but I feel so friggen weird about it, I absolutely will not haha

I'm friends with everybody in this office. We're all best friends - I love everybody here. But sometimes your best friends start coming into work late, and start having dentist appointments that aren't dentist appointments. And that's when it is nice to let them know that you can beat them up.
  • Glad to hear that he went against his idea.  Maybe he'll get the hint that she's just not that into him and into her boyfriend!  I think you should take the teapot and make some tea with it today!
