Hospitals: ENH vs NMH
I am looking for a new OB since the my current doctor is out of a hospital that does not have a neonatal center. I am debating between Norwestern Memorial and Evanston hospitals. I recentally had a friend give birth at NW-Prentice; I was so impressed with the facility but am worried it is $$$$. I have a PPO, however I know there will be cost on my end. Any thoughts or experiences? I have scheduled 2 appointments with different doctors who belong to each hospital.

I'm not sure about the Evanston hospital. I've talked to a few people that gave birth at Northwestern Hospital and were also impressed with the birth center. My advice is to go with the doctor that you like better because they will be with you throughout your whole pregnancy. Maybe take a tour of the birth center at Evanston Hospital ?
