Are you sick of house updates yet???
Okay so the good news is my mom put the money into my account to tide me over until the Fidelity came through. Thank god there is a Citizens Bank in Vermont!! The bad news is that the stupid listing agent didn't have the power turned on last week or even last night so we could do the inspection tomorrow... so we are put off until Thursday. Oh well. might put the closing back a couple more days. UGH You would think that knowing we had viewed the house 4 times, put in an offer two weeks ago and were just hashing out details that she might have had the foresight to have it turned on, knowing the time frame but oh well. Nothing can be done now.
But the real good news is that the stock market took a bit of a dive and my retirement went under 2K available which means that I am not eligible for the loan and will have to just take out a direct distribution! Yeah for a weak market!! I should have it by Tuesday at the latest.
