What about Sunday the 31st? Also, should we get all formal and sign up for dishes to bring to the potluck or just a free for all? I always thought making people sign up for a dish was silly, but I can see the merit in not having everyone inadvertently bring brownies too (Well, in my case, I'd make short work of them!)
I'll let you guys decide. Remember, I will provide drinks (prob girly martinis of some kind-unless you'd all want beer instead?) and a small snack or two-you guys bring the actual food.
What do we think?

Re: Ok lets talk Jan GTG!
The 31st is great for me!! I think we should all bring our favorite dish, or something we make really well. That way if people cancel at the last minute, we won't worry about x dish missing, etc.
Thanks again for hosting this!!
Also, how do you west-side ladies feel about carpooling???
As far as I know the 31st is good. I think Jeni's idea for food makes sense.
And I'm in for carpooling. We only have two smarts, though, so it might be better if I hitched a ride with someone.
Lol! Not gonna lie-you wont make it up our hill in ein shmart if theres ice. No ice-you're golden.
Ein Shmart=really bad German for 'A Smart'. lol.
I'm in for the 31st. Can I bring those cupcakes I mentioned before? Red velvet with cream cheese frosting? A little peppermint extract in there?
I live in NW P-town, and I'm in for carpooling too.
Oh hell yes you can bring them!!! LOL!
I won't argue with cupcakes! : ) I have no clue what to make. The only thing I can think of is lush slush, but that's a drink. It's good I have time to think!
I'll only go if there are red-velvet cupcakes.
So far, I think that date might work (I HOPE my parents aren't here tha weekend, otherwise I won't be able to make it).
I'm up for taking a load of us west-side gals! I think alot of you live right by me anywways!

I'm still waiting to hear from my sister on what weekend in January my family is bringing my stepmom down for her "last wishes" trip to the coast (long story...) as long as it's not that weekend, I'm in.. and I can help carpool..
Oh and as long as babygirl hasn't made her appearance yet

So I'm all fat and happy after eating brie topped with pepper jelly, then baked in puff pastry.
Does that sound good to anyone for me to bring to the GTG? I also have the Roasted Garlic with Cambozola recipe from Hall Street that I could do.
Yay? Nay?
Who can say no to brie and puff pastry?! Bring it!!
The 31st works for me and I'd love to carpool! I'm totally up for driving or hitching a ride with someone else.
