Cleaning dishwasher?
I know I have read this before, but maybe not on this board....to clean and get rid of smells, do you put in just vinegar? Or vinegar and baking soda?

I disagree. I put a cup of vinegar in the bottom, and filled the detergent spot with baking soda, and ran it on the hottest setting I have. It looked brand new, and worked much better. (I did run it empty).
