New Hampshire Nesties
Dear Community,
Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.
If you have questions about this, please email help@theknot.com.
Thank you.
Note: This only affects The Nest's community members and will not affect members on The Bump or The Knot.
Thanks for your well wishes and dust I haven't seen a TTC post from you in quite some time. How are you doing?
Re: **MrsA**
I am doing well - thanks so much for asking!!
We really like our new RE and team. I liked Dr. Reindollar a lot, but Dr. Hill is just a dynamo and really exudes confidence and enthusiasm. He ends every appointment with "We WILL get you pregnant, and you WILL have a baby." Of course, it's all guesswork, since we're unexplained infertility, but I love that he comes across as so certain about it. It keeps me positive.
The other thing I love is that his staff really carries on the same mentality - the U/S tech, the phlebotomist, the nurses. They are just great communicators and really enthusiastic people.
And the last thing I love is that when you go in, there is a wall of baby pictures from all of their successes. It makes getting up at 7am for bloodwork easier to take when you can keep your eye on the prize!!
Thanks again for asking!!
Thank you for being so excited with me on my TTC journey. I appreciate all the well wishes and sticky dust from everyone. This board has been so supportive.
I just haven't posted lately because I've decided that for my own emotional sanity I need to keep things quiet for a while. The emotional toll of all the treatments/meds/bloodwork, etc is a little too much for me right now. Thank you so much for your support up to this point. Please keep us in your thoughts and prayers. I know they are working!
To answer your questions, we have not gotten to IVF yet - IUI. I am enjoying my summer AND my new job (which I should get back to!). That's the other thing - we're graded on productivity, so I have to work actively a lot more than my other job (when I would nest while I was on the phone).
Best of luck TTC - that's such an exciting decision!
