Since one of my goals for 2010 is to run a marathon/half-marathon, I've been looking into training schedules and nutrition.
I found a great training schedule, not training for a marathon but to build up mileage so I can begin training for a marathon. I guess it's training to train, lol. A friend of mine just told me she is going to train to run a marathon within the year too so now I have a training/running partner. Woohoo!
I know I have a lot to look forward to (the success of making it to a race) and a lot that I don't look forward to (mental and physical pain) but I am ready to begin this adventure/challenge!
Monday is my first day of running, I can't wait to get started.
