How do you take in your books?

Re: How do you take in your books?
I prefer audiobooks, but that's mostly because I have a really long commute into work in the middle of nowhere. I have way more time on my commute to read than if I spent time reading in my free time.
Audible.com is my favorite source of audiobooks.
Paperbook!

Paperbooks
I love the concept of e-books, but the frugal person I am, I borrow books from the library, and ebooks to borrow isn't an option.
I tried audiobooks before...I fell asleep...LOL
All of the above? I mostly do the paperbook thing, but I've read a few ebooks and love love love audible.
When I was taking the train to commute I used to listen to them.
One of the things I got my H for Christmas was an audible subscription. His commute is killer, so hopefully that will help reduce the stress of traffic a little.
We'll just not tell H about this little fact, m'kay?

I know that I don't like audiobooks...and I definitely DO like paper books! However, I won't be able to weigh in on e-books until my nook arrives.
I tend to buy a lot of hardcover and new release trade paperback books, so I am hoping that, outside the initial investment, the nook actually ends up saving me some money. I am an instant gratification type person in my reading life and can rarely wait for a paperback to come out. And I don't use the library much, again because of the instant gratification thing (I don't want to have to be on a waiting list for a book.)!

I get e-books from the library. Most libraries have a decent selection of e-books

All of the above! It depends on where I am and what I'm doing--ebooks are great for travel, and audio books are great for travel*ing*, but I still love paperbooks.
Also, for audiobook people, you might enjoy Librivox.org--they do audio recordings of books in the public domain and I've had a great time lately revisiting some old favorites there (like Pride & Prejudice).
