We have a front loader by Amana - from Home Depot. I really like it. We bought it last May from there. They currently have an online special - but sometimes you can go to the store and get that same price. Depends on how close you are to a HD...

We got the Maytag Centennial (I think) last year from HH Greg and I love it. Not a front-loader which I have heard have issues with the seals around the doors after awhile?
I like it because it has seperate hand-wash and gentle cycles which I use a lot for my delicates. We got the dryer and I love that too. MIL has had a Maytag for like 20 years which is why we went with that brand. We spent a little more money for it but IMO it is worth it.
