Re: **SUSAN**

  • Off and on.  I haven't moved beyond scarves and dishclothes though.  A two color knit and purl scarf is the best I've done.

Do you know how to make more elaborate things?

  • LOL.  Btw...i love your siggy!
  • How do you make dishclothes? I need to learn so that I can make christmas gifts!!!!!
  • They're really easy.  I'll have to write it down for you and bring it to class.  Did you get Mondays off yet?
  • Amber, dishcloths are about the easiest thing you can do. Are you on Ravelry yet?

And Susan: sign up for www.ravelry.com. It's facebook for knitters!!!!! My very good friend, Lindsay, owns a yarn store in Charlotte (about 15-20 mins from Lansing) and I go to Tuesday Night Knitting (Amber used to come but she hates me now Stick out tongue). You should come! I have a few of my projects on our blog: http://thestewsnews.blogspot.com/2008/02/knitting-update.html That post has the most pictures of stuff I've made, but if you scroll through them there are a few more. If you can knit & purl you can do more complicated things. I'm making a pair of socks right now. Socks are SO FUN. Join Ravelry!!!
