I'm PISSED that we wont have a proper Winter this year
For me, snow is the best thing in the world. Heat is the worst thing ever.
I had to put up with this last god-awful summer from hell, and what do I get in return? A pseudo winter which is just rain and sucks. I know thats par for the course in OR, but we usually get SOME cold weeks and SOME weeks of snow. And to make matters worse, the rest of the country is trapped in a Winter Wonderland while I'm trying not to get mud all over everything. I swear I will slap the next east-coastie who complains about being snowed in-get yourself some hot chocolate and snuggle with your family!
2009 can suck it.
Can you tell I'm hormonal? I just looked at the weather and actually became angry, lol!

I understand how you feel! I actually cried the day Jeff and went to Multnomah when it was frozen because they said it was going to snow. We made it back to town "before 12 because that's when the snow will hit!" and it was sunny.
I also cried happy tears when it did actually snow last week and played in it with Nandi for 2 hours. : )

LOL! I must have sounded more angy than sarcastic in my last post. We would need a guilded aspen arctic blast to sufficiently make up for the 107 degree heat I had to suffer through this year.
I feel like that little polar bear hanging out on the melted piece of ice. Maybe one day I'll move to Alaska
Can I come visit? I've been dying to go there since I knew it existed and knew about the Northern Lights! I'm trying to convince Jeff to live there for a year.
It's beauitful! We went on our honeymoon there. I think DH would live there is he could. Me? I need a Nordy's...so I think it's out of the question.
