anyone have a hardwood floor place they recomment? how much did you pay per sq ft?
I'm looking to replace carpet with hardwood floors in my downstairs before we list our townhouse for sale. the carpet is shot and I know hardwoods would help the value, our neighbors townhome just sold in 2 weeks for an awesome price with hardwoods downstairs.
anyone you guys recommend? how much can I figure to pay for everything per sq ft (it's about 400 sq ft that would need the floors).
