Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

brand new iphone not charging
I just got it December 7th, and I already had to take it to the Apple store to have them put a new screen on it, because a dead spot showed up.
I had it plugged in for a few hours earlier, went to get it to leave, and it hadn't charged at all. Thought that maybe the outlet wasn't working, so I moved it, and it's been charging since 6pm, and it hasn't budged.
The battery icon changes in the corner of the screen when I plug it in, but it doesn't actually charge.
