Booo
It's 5 degrees at my Mom's and her power went out. I realize she's still a capable person, but I worry. I told her she's welcomed to come to my place if she wants. She's never been to my apt, so she'd probably be miserable. Also, that's a long way to drive for a warm place to stay that will take her dog.

Knowing her area, it'll be at least 24 hours. A squirrel getting too close to the transformer or whatever will cause a several-day-power-outage.
